Nazis and Globalization
Since quite a while Nazis are dealing with social struggles and appear at „Mondaysdemonstration“ and actions against Hartz IV (governmental program to short social welfare). Now they act with folkish, antisemitic and nationalist analysis against globalization and capitalism. Nazis started the germanwide campaign “global – brutal” which started with some demonstrations in Thuringia and should be continued all over Germany (http://gipfelsoli.org/Media+Tools/nazis_und_globalisierung.ppt). In Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (where the summit takes place) the german Nationalist Party NPD wants to be elected in the parliament at 17th of september like they did in Saxonia. At the latest then they will deal with G8. NPD is also mobilizing against the Bush-visit in Stralsund. In the workshop we present the rightwinged campaigns and for sure try to find a striking handling.
