International Networking Meeting in May |

An international networking meeting will take place in THESSALONIKI, Greece 20-22th of May 2005.
Accommodation
The space where we can hold the events is the Theology Department of
the Aristotle's University of Thessaloniki, the same place that we
squatted in order to accommodate the mobilizations against the EU
summit, June 2003 (you can see some photos of the building here: http://www.resistance2003.gr/en/gallery/gallery.php?id=10 ).
The days are the 20-21-22 of May. The building will be taken
on the morning of Friday (20/05) and if people come earlier they can
sleep in houses. We are thinking to leave the building on Monday
(23/05) morning. In the extreme case that too many people come earlier
or if too many people have to leave later (and we won't be able to have
a bed, or a floor Wink, for everyone), then we will attempt to take it
over earlier or keep it for longer.
We would like to know, preferably as soon as possible, how many people
(and from which groups) are coming in order to prepare the
accommodation needs (send your emails at ita_gr@yahoo.co.uk or

political perspectives for the future of resistance and the methods of

21:00-23:00 - (part B) Networking and coordination of the antiauthoritarian and antiglobalisation movements and actions

11:00-14:00 - Introduction to the current political situation in Scotland and generally in Britain by the comrades of DISSENT
14:00-15:00 - Lunch
16:00-19:00 - Mobilisations against the G8 and the schedule of events presented by DISSENT
20:00-22:00 - Convergence space and logistics
22:00-23:00 - Dinner
24:00 - Concert or party (still to be confirmed)
Sunday 22/05
11:00-13:00 - Indymedia Scotland
13:00-15:00 - Presentation of the Scottish law (what kind of repression to expect, what to do in case of arrest etc)
15:00-16:00 - Lunch
16:30-17:30 - Video projections and presentation of the actions and the social struggles in Greece
18:00-21:00 - Discussion and presentation about the NO BORDER ACTIONS,
which are going to be organised by the Antiauthoritarian Movement in
Xanthi (North Greece) at the end of August 2005.
21:00-22:00 - Dinner
23:00 - Farewell party
