on the meeting we decided to do all communication from now on in english, so that also non-german speaking persons can understand. because of this decision the minutes will be in english

1.infosharing / overview over other g8-related meetings

1.1.infos from a meeting in berlin with people from the gr8chaoscaravan (west caravan)-orga:

• there is a preparation-meeting for blockade of the rostock laage airport in berlin,on the 16. of december in the bethanien at 4 pm
• the west-caravan people have a meeting from the 8. till the 10. of december in utrecht
• during the dissent-meeting in bremen (19. - 21. january) a networking meeting to connect the different caravans shall take place
• at the end of may (25. 5. - 01.06.) "action days" take place in hamburg
• a guy wants to create a homepage for both caravans (east and west), and needs some people who know html to help him (if you want to help, or know someone who wants to, write an email to the list). he also wants some proposals for the name of website, we thought of "www.bikerides-against-g8.net" or "www.g8-bikerides.net"
• on the 3. of june there will be day of action concerning agriculture

1.2.infos from poland/ czech republik

• we can come to poznan (poland) on our tour, people from the squat rozbrat will help us with organizing our stay. every sunday there is a food not bombs action where we could take part.
• we can also come to wroclaw (poland), we are invited to have a stay at freedom squat and the wagenburg, probably we will have to split up at wroclaw to find enough space at these two places. there is also a food not bombs-action every sunday at wroclaw.
• we have the phone number of a woman from brno (czech republik)
• there is a greenpeace-house in bratislava, with space to camp. some people will make contact with them and see, if we could stay there for some days during the tour.

2.internet/ email

• we decided that the wiki should have a clearer structure, a decision which we already strated to realise.
• we said that from now on the wiki and the email communication should be in english, so that more peolple can understand it. if anybody migth not feel able to translate something into english, please post it somewhere in the wiki under "please translate" and all others are asked to help, if possible.
• we thought that the guy who wants to create our new homepage could use the information provided by the dissent-wiki to fill the new website (the design will be up to him and any others who might help). because of that everybody is invited to improve and complete the wiki.
• all information (except names, phonenumbers etc..) should be posted in the wiki, so that everyone has access to all infos all the time.
• the person who until now is the only administrator of our email-list, would like to have help with it. people who are interested please write an email to our list.

3.flyer

• the info-flyer is going to be actualized! once it is done, the new version will be posted on the wiki
• we already have people who can translate the flyer in polish, slowakian, czech and french. myabe there is somebody for hungarian, too. so if you know anybody who could translate it into other languages, say so.
