Over the G8 there will be an incredible amount of events going on from clubnights to
clown training.  In order to help all of these events run smoothly and help as many
people as possible participate in them we really need your help!

We are currently looking for volunteers to sign up for stewarding in 4 & half hour slots
from Thursday 30th June to Thursday 7th July.  Some of the venues that require
stewarding will be the Potterrow info point, Teviot students union which will host a
range of workshops and meetings, and the rural convergence space.  Refreshements
will be provided.

and come along to the Potterrow info point (Bristo Square, Edinburgh) at 12 noon on Thursday 30th of June, for an introduction and basic training.
The session should last about an hour.

It would be really great if everyone could attend this meeting, however if you can't
then please email the above address or go to the Potterrow info point at any time
during the week to find out later training dates.
