GET ON BOARD THE SOUTH EAST ASSEMBLY TRAIN!
The G8 Summit takes place in Gleneagles, Scotland from the 6th-8th
July 2005. However, there will be many events, demos and direct
actions around Scotland in the days leading up to the summit. The
South East Assembly has chartered two trains to take people up to
the protests against the G8 summit.
This will also include the huge Make Poverty History march on July
2nd in Edinburgh. Every day there will be different protests at
nuclear bases (Faslane July 4th), detention centres (Dungavel July
5th) and several other initiatives which need support. The trains
will depart early morning from London Kings Cross and arrive in
Edinburgh where accommodation (bring sleeping bags and tents!) will
be provided for free.

LONG STAY // Friday 1st July RTN Saturday 9th July (confirmed)
SHORT STAY // Monday 4th July RTN Friday 8th July (cancelled)
All tickets cost £50, with the view of providing a concessionary
price for unemployed/low wage/asylum seeker and those traveling
from Eastern Europe. If possible, please make a donation to
contribute to this concession.

enclosed with a cheque/postal order made payable to "G.E.N.I."

Finalised times for departure and arrival are subject to network
rail agreement but will be around 7am-ish from London Kings Cross,
arriving Edinburgh at 1pm-ish.
All tickets are return but for those wanting a one-way ticket there
will be an option to sell/donate your return journey at the
convergence & camp sites.
If you have any spare cash then please add a donation to help a
subsidised ticket being available for unemployed/low wage/asylum
seekers and those travelling from Eastern Europe.
Once we recieve the order for tickets we will comfirm by
email/phone. Tickets will be posted out two weeks before departure.
Both trains are organised by the SOUTH EAST ASSEMBLY, an anti-
authoritarian co-ordination of groups & individuals based in the
South East.
