Minutes from 04. January 2007 afternoon meeting during the JUKSS in Königs Wusterhausen. Before and after coordination meetings of East and West caravans took place and were continued on the 5. January.
It was a productive meeting with several new and committed people participating.

ROUTE & DATES:
The plan for our route has become more exact, especially the part in germoney seems mostly clear now (stops, actions planned with local/other groups, places to sleep). The first part (Belgium, Netherlands) still seems rather unclear.
I am unsure wether the exact route plan/action list should be part of this protocol and published on this (open) mailing list or on a wiki page and we forgot to discuss about it, so I'll only publish some destinations now as was decided at an earlier meeting in Gent and we should rediscuss the topic (maybe at the next meeting in Bremen?).

Things to do concerning the route:
- clarify route&dates, activities, places to sleep, mobilisation with contacts in Belgium and Netherlands, organise a meeting there

- Coordinate with Osnabrück
- Plan route between Bremen and Hamburg
- Find out about upcoming "western" infotour events
SUPPORT VEHICLE:
We need a motorised support vehicle (van, bus) to carry material, exhausted bikers, kitchen material. It would be nice to have that for as much of the route as possible but especially for the last part.
- Everyone should keep ears and eyes open for adequate vehicles.

FINANCES:
Are still needed for a lot of things, but especially the fuel for the support vehicle will be expensive.
- It is unclear what happened to the JANUN donation and we need to
clarify that (who?).
- Everyone: Contact university groups for money in your home towns.
ACTIVITIES/ACTIONS:
In addition to what has already been discussed, several people are interested in theatre/clowning actions and want to organise a preparatory meeting for that in February, maybe in or around Marburg. Coordination for that via mailing list.
MOBILISATION:
We need an updated flyer with the new dates and route - this time a digital version to make future updates easier.
WEBSITE:
Until the shared website for both caravans is set up, we will use the Wiki at www.dissent-archive.ucrony.net/dissentnetwork/ - the website at www.gr8chaoskaravaan07.net will be set up to forward visitors to the wiki. Anyone can publish new or change existing information on the wiki by simply creating a user account there.
NEXT MEETINGS:
The next meeting will take place during the dissent! meeting in Bremen (19.-21. January). It would be useful to meet on a monthly basis until the caravan starts. Maybe also organise one or two meetings in Netherlands/Belgium.
